1. Who We Are
Stresst is a property and mortgage calculator application operated by Stresst Ltd (company number 17027558), a company registered in England & Wales, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ. References to "Stresst", "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms refer to that entity.
2. Information Purposes Only — Not Advice
The app provides mortgage, property, and investment calculators for general information purposes across the UK, USA, Australia, and Spain. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, tax, legal, mortgage, or investment advice.
You should not make any financial decision based solely on calculator outputs. Rates shown are based on publicly available information as of the date stated against each calculator and may not be current. Our liability for any reliance on calculator outputs is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Stresst and create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or any activity that violates these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app.
You must not scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the rate tables, calculator logic, or any other content of the app.
You must not misrepresent calculator outputs as professional advice or guarantees to any third party.
5. Subscription and Premium Features
Some calculators require a paid Premium subscription, billed monthly or annually via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given except as required by applicable law (including consumer rights under UK, EU, Australian, and US law).
We may change pricing on reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. Intellectual Property
All app content, design, calculators, and software are owned by or licensed to Stresst. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes — including saving and printing PDF exports for your own personal records.
7. Data Protection
Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stresst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after the effective date of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. For users in the USA, Australia, or Spain, nothing in these Terms overrides any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

4. Rates and Rules May Have Changed
Tax rates, stamp duty thresholds, mortgage rates, regulatory rules, and other figures used in this app are based on publicly available information and are correct as of the date shown against each calculator. They may not reflect the most recent changes. Always verify the current position with a professional or the relevant government source.
5. Jurisdiction
The app covers calculators for multiple jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and Spain. The rules, rates, and regulations vary significantly between — and within — these jurisdictions. The app provides a general overview and is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific professional advice.
7. Exclusion of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stresst disclaims all liability for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise) arising from use of or reliance on the app or its outputs.
