Delete Your Stresst Account

You can permanently delete your Stresst account and all associated data directly from the app.

Delete your account in the app

To delete your Stresst account and all associated data:

Open the Stresst app on your phone.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

What happens next

This permanently and irreversibly deletes your account and all associated personal data, including saved calculations and preferences, from our systems within 30 days.

Need help?

If you no longer have access to the app or need help, email support@stresstapp.com and we will process your deletion request manually within 30 days.
